STAGE A BUYOUT | ABOUT THIS SPACE (PRODUCTIONS) Welcome to Hype Studios, a creative production facility in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The Stage A Buyout includes Stage A, the Blue Room, VIP Conference Room, and Executive Office, giving your production a main shooting area alongside dedicated spaces for talent, clients, and production management. Build your shoot around the white cyclorama, use the Blue Room as a private green room, organize client review in the conference room, and base your production team in the Executive Office. Available upon request for an additional fee: • Camera, lenses, lighting, grip, and backdrop rentals • Additional HMU and wardrobe equipment • Production crew, PAs, BTS capture, and client concierge • Craft service, coffee, catering, and barista service • Equipment pickup, return, and additional production support All additional services, equipment, and spaces are subject to availability and advance confirmation. BOOKING INFORMATION • Standard booking hours: 8 AM–6 PM. • Four-hour weekday minimum; six-hour weekend minimum. • Early morning, evening, and weekend bookings are available by approval at adjusted rates. • All booked time includes arrival, setup, breakdown, load-out, and departure. • Additional time requires availability and approval; overtime charges may apply. • Shared on-site parking is first-come, first-served and is not exclusive to your booking. • The studio is not fully soundproof. Disclose dialogue, interviews, or other audio recording before booking. • Submit equipment requests before 3 PM, at least two business days before your booking; all gear is subject to availability. • Outside equipment is welcome; share electrical requirements and coordinate deliveries in advance. • The buyout covers the four named spaces; Stage B and other separately bookable spaces require separate arrangements. • Share your call sheet, crew count, power needs, and load-in plan before arrival. Stage A entrance has stairs and no ramp or elevator. • Cyc repainting, custom colors, overnight storage, and special setups require advance coordination and may carry additional fees. • A parking plan is required for 15 or more attendees. The buyout does not include exclusive parking. WHY HYPE STUDIOS? The Stage A Buyout gives your shoot room to work, with talent holding, client review, and production management close to the set.
