Professional Cleaning The home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between bookings to ensure it is ready for guests, productions, and events. High-Touch Surface Sanitation All frequently touched surfaces are carefully cleaned and sanitized, including: • Door handles • Light switches • Countertops and tables • Bathroom fixtures • Appliances and kitchen surfaces Floors & Living Areas All floors are vacuumed or mopped, and living spaces are organized and prepared before each reservation. Kitchen & Bathrooms The kitchen and all bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked as needed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Outdoor Areas Outdoor areas, patios, and entryways are inspected and cleaned to ensure they are ready for guest use. Post-Production Cleanup For productions or events, guests are responsible for removing equipment, props, and trash at the end of their booking. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
