The acoustics of the dome are incomparable to any other space due to its spherical shape. The event space is totally separate from the camping and overnight stays space. Please see the map in the photos for details, This means that if you are planning an overnight event, you do not need to have camping included in your policy. The camping and overnight stays are a separate business with its own insurance and are separated by a fence from the event space. By proceeding with booking this space, Guest agrees to the following: Guest is solely responsible for the planning, organization, and operation of any event held on the premises, including any event, ticketed, or public gathering, and assumes all risks associated therewith. Guest agrees to comply with all applicable laws, permits, and safety requirements, and to provide adequate security, crowd control, and emergency measures appropriate to the event. Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges Host and Property Owner from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the premises, including but not limited to bodily injury, death, property damage, assault, or other incidents occurring during the event, whether caused by Guest, attendees, vendors, or third parties. Guest further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Host and Property Owner from and against any and all claims, suits, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the event or Guest’s use of the premises. Guest acknowledges that Host is not responsible for supervision, security, or control of the event and is acting solely as a passive provider of space. Guest shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount not less than the required amount by the state of California for the amount of people that the host is bringing, per occurrence, and shall name Host and Property Owner as additional insureds. Any violation of these terms or applicable laws may result in immediate termination of the event without refund. We do not charge a separate fee for cleaning because have a "leave no trace policy." The event guest will be charged $100 per item of trash left on the premises at the end of the event billed through Peerspace platform. Please ensure to have a designated person responsible for cleaning.
