This bright, minimal creative studio was designed to be a flexible space where photographers, creators, and hosts can truly make it their own. The studio features a large open 900 sq ft main room with very high ceilings, white walls, and white concrete floors that create a clean canvas for a wide range of uses. With four oversized windows (two south-facing and two west-facing) the space is filled with beautiful natural light throughout the day. Sheer curtains soften the light, creating a bright and diffused glow that works well for photography and video until the evening hours. The open layout allows the space to easily transform depending on your needs. It works well for photography sessions, video production, content creation, branding shoots, podcasts, headshots, product photography, workshops, and styled shoots. The studio can also host private and public gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal suite preparations, rehearsal dinners, networking events, classes, and other small events. A dedicated prop room provides access to a variety of movable furniture and styling pieces including chairs, couches, loveseats, stools, vintage pieces, tables, rugs, plants, clothing racks, and small styling props. These items allow guests to customize the space and create different looks during their booking. The studio also includes a seamless backdrop system with paper options in white, off-white, tan, black, and pink, along with a movable wall, plant/green wall, and clean white wall setups for versatile shooting environments. Lighting equipment available for use includes softboxes, continuous LED lights, reflectors, C-stands, extension cords, and sandbags. Additional amenities include a private bathroom and flexible open space that can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 50 guests depending on the type of activity.
