Clients and crew can relax in our comfortable lounge area, while talent can get camera-ready at the makeup vanity desk. We prioritize a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest. Before and after each booking, our team performs a thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire studio space. All high-touch surfaces—including door handles, tables, seating, equipment touchpoints, and restroom fixtures—are disinfected using professional-grade cleaning products. Floors are vacuumed and swept between bookings to ensure the space remains spotless and ready for use. We follow consistent turnover procedures so each renter arrives to a studio that has been freshly cleaned and reset. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are also available in the studio for guest use during bookings. Maintaining a hygienic environment is part of our commitment to providing a comfortable, professional space for photographers, creatives, and clients. Our cleaning practices align with standard hosting expectations on platforms like PeerSpace to help ensure every guest enjoys a safe and well-maintained studio experience.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
