At the heart of the room is a large vintage Chippendale mahogany conference table with a leather top, measuring 96ʺ W × 48ʺ D × 32ʺ H. The table comfortably seats 8 guests and is perfect for group activities that benefit from a central gathering point. Low lighting, antique lamps, and historic objects create a setting that feels more like a 19th century collector’s study than a modern event venue. Seating & Table Setup The main feature is a vintage Chippendale mahogany conference table with leather top. Standard seating: 6 antique dining chairs Expanded seating available for up to 8 guests Additional seating can be arranged depending on the needs of your gathering. Unlike typical event spaces, this environment feels transportive, as if you’ve stepped into a historic collector’s library. Capacity Ideal for 4–8 guests Perfect for intimate gatherings rather than large parties. Location Located in Seattle’s Madison Valley neighborhood, with nearby cafes and restaurants. Guests will have access to the large gathering table and the back room kitchenette (with sink and microwave). As this is an antique shop, merchandise throughout the space should be considered display only and respectfully not handled during events.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is carefully cleaned and reset between bookings. The table surfaces, kitchenette area, and high touch points are wiped down and sanitized, and the room is returned to its original setup to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
