We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. The restaurant is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and restrooms are thoroughly disinfected, and all floors and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. After each production, photoshoot, or event, the space is inspected and reset to its original condition. Our team ensures that the dining area, kitchen access points, and restrooms are cleaned and prepared for the next booking. We ask guests to remove all equipment, props, and trash at the end of their booking so that our staff can complete the final cleaning and reset of the space. Our goal is to provide a clean, well-maintained environment that allows productions and events to run smoothly and comfortably.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
