About the Space
Welcome to the Knockout Content Lab! We’re excited to have you create in our space. Our studio operates inside a school building; however, Counter Punch Youth Academy (CPYA) is a separate organization that independently manages and rents this creative space. Because we share the facility, we ask all guests to be respectful of the school environment during their visit. Our space works well for video shoots, podcasts, interviews, fitness content, brand photography, and music videos. The layout includes a full boxing ring, heavy bags, open training floor for creating a strong athletic and cinematic backdrop. The open floor allows flexibility for camera angles, lighting setups, and crew movement, making it easy to capture dynamic content from multiple perspectives.

All bookings are spaced well enough to align with cleaning protocols. Space is also maintained and cleaned by a professional cleaning crew.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
