The studio sits inside a commercial building and is accessible by stairs only (no elevator due to the building’s age). While the space feels tucked away and peaceful, you’re still just minutes from the heart of Uptown Whittier where you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and classic small-town charm, perfect for quick breaks or grabbing food during longer sessions. Restroom is available in the studio The main studio features a bright open layout designed with photographers, brands, and creatives in mind. Highlights include: • A textured limewash wall for a soft, organic backdrop • A matte black statement wall with frame molding for a bold editorial look • Large surrounding windows that fill the space with beautiful natural light • Frosted windows that help diffuse harsh light, plus curtains to soften the light even further • Windows along the limewash wall offering views toward Turnbull Canyon The studio includes a faux leather couch, wood and black accent chair, and movable furniture that can be rearranged to fit your shoot or event layout. A dedicated backdrop area is also available, making the space ideal for: • Portrait photography • Brand/product shoots • Editorial content • Social media campaigns The open layout also works well for small creative meetings, content planning sessions, or workshops. Podcast Room Just off the main space is a dedicated podcast room, designed to help reduce echo and outside noise. The room features: • Acoustic wood paneling • Oversized sound-absorbing curtains • 2 faux leather Swivel chairs • accent table • blackout shades to have full control of lighting Ideal for 2 person podcast recordings, interviews, or voice recordings. Podcast equipment is not included, so please bring your own gear.
