Welcome to Oliver Grace Farms! OG Garage is located on our stunning property in Redland Oregon City. Oliver Grace Farms offers an exceptional event space located in our 40' x 70' custom built shop. This hub is adorned with vibrant neon signs, perfect for creating a lively atmosphere. DIMENSIONS-Indoor shop is divided into two sections: Up to 60% Available for Events: This area provides ample space for gatherings, seating arrangements and activities. 40% Decorated with Curated Collection: Filled with cool cars, neon signs and other captivating decor. This section offers fantastic opportunities for your guests to photograph and enjoy. CLIMATE CONTROL:The space is equipped with heating and air conditioning ensuring comfort for all guests year round. VERSATILE OUTDOOR AREA-Flexible Usage: The outdoor space can be utilized for parking or additional event activities. Covered Area: Perfect for setting up an outdoor kitchen, food cart, additional tables, or other enhancements to elevate your event. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS:Large 10' Table & 12 Wood Chairs:Available for seating, comfortably accommodating guests. Perfect for dining, discussions or crafting & creating. Cozy Lounge Area: Features a Chesterfield leather sofa, coffee table, leather chairs and ottoman, flat screen tv, creating a stylish and comfortable space for relaxation and conversation. FACILITIES:Currently there is no running water or restroom facilities within the shop. A portable toilet will need to be rented. We can assist you in arranging this for your event. Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee will apply to your event, as we ensure the space is cleaned between events. This will include trash and recycling disposal.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
