About Gables Reception
Our event space is designed to host memorable celebrations, including weddings, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, baby showers, and more. The venue features just under 3,000 square feet of open, column-free space, allowing for flexible layouts and unobstructed sightlines. A 20-foot stage with a stunning LED video wall backdrop creates the perfect focal point for entertainment and special moments. The spacious bar and dedicated dance floor enhance the guest experience, with a built-in projector that displays directly onto the wall for presentations or custom visuals. Amenities include two fully equipped, multi-stall restrooms, as well as a private changing suite with its own restroom. The space welcomes guests through a charming foyer entrance. A prep kitchen with stainless steel tables and a sink is also available upon request.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
