Our studio is ideal for video podcasts, interviews, YouTube episodes, branded conversations, educational content, thought leadership videos, social media content, and creator-led productions. All base bookings include access to the podcast room with our standard studio setup. Equipment includes up to (2) cameras, up to (2) microphones, existing studio lighting, and access to our standard podcast setup. We also offer multiple setup options depending on the look and feel you want for your recording. Please include your preferred setup in the intake form before your session. The base rate is for room rental and standard recording only. Live editing, technician support, full episode editing, social media clips, captions, thumbnails, intro/outro creation, cold open creation, rush delivery, and advanced post-production are available as add-ons. Booking Options *SELF SERVICE* - Base Rate The studio is ready upon your arrival with our standard podcast setup, including up to (2) cameras, up to (2) microphones, and existing studio lighting. Who should book this option?: Experienced creators, podcasters, or production professionals who are comfortable operating the provided equipment or bringing their own team. What you get: Podcast room rental, standard camera/audio setup, existing lighting setup, raw recording capability, and access to the selected studio layout. You handle: Operating equipment, monitoring audio, managing the recording, and handling your own production workflow. Please note: This option does not include live editing, technician support, episode cleanup, audio leveling, color correction, social media clips, captions, or post-production. *HASSLE FREE* - Add-On Sit down and start recording. A technician will be present to help manage the recording process, monitor audio, operate the cameras, and support a smoother podcast experience. Who should book this option?: Creators, entrepreneurs, business owners, or podcast hosts who want a seamless recording experience without having to manage the technical side themselves. What you get: Technician support, camera/audio monitoring, standard recording support, multicam recording, and raw file delivery. Live editing and basic cleanup can be included when selected as an additional upgrade. You handle: Showing up prepared and creating great content. Recommended for: Guests who want a simple, professional recording experience with less stress and more support. *LIVE EDIT + BASIC CLEANUP* - Add-On Upgrade your session with live editing and basic cleanup support. This option is designed for guests who want a cleaner file after recording without booking a full post-production package. Who should book this option?: Podcasters and creators who want a smoother final recording with basic editing support. What you get: Live editing when requested, dead space removal, simple mistake cleanup, audio leveling, basic color balance, and cleaner file delivery. You handle: Your content, conversation, and episode flow. Delivery: 1–2 business days unless expedited delivery is selected. *EXPEDITED DELIVERY* - Add-On Need your files quickly? Expedited delivery is available for guests who need a faster turnaround. Who should book this option?: Guests on a deadline, brands with time-sensitive content, or creators who need their episode or recording delivered quickly. What you get: Priority delivery within 24 hours, depending on project scope and selected services. The standard setup is best for up to (2) recording guests. Additional attendees, guests, producers, assistants, photographers, makeup artists, managers, and crew members count toward the total attendee count. 5. How many people are included in the base rate? Base pricing includes up to (4) total attendees. Larger groups may require approval and may incur additional hourly fees. 6. Can I bring my own crew or equipment? Yes, outside crew and equipment may be allowed with approval. Please message us before booking if you plan to bring your own production team, cameras, lights, audio gear, or additional equipment. 7. Does the base rate include live editing? No. Live editing is available as an add-on. The base rate is for room rental and standard recording only. 8. Does the base rate include post-production? No. Full episode editing, social media clips, captions, thumbnails, branded exports, intro/outro creation, cold opens, and advanced post-production are available as add-ons or custom packages. 9. Can I choose the room setup? Yes, we offer multiple setup options. Simple room adjustment requests can be submitted through the intake form before your session. Major set changes, custom lighting, additional layouts, or extended setup may require additional booked time or a setup fee. 10. Do I need to book setup and breakdown time? Yes. Please book enough time for setup, recording, breakdown, and load-out. Late arrivals do not extend the booking. 11. Is WiFi available? Yes, WiFi is available and access information will be provided upon arrival. 12. Can I bring food? Outside food may be allowed, but please message us before booking if you plan to bring catering, food, drinks, or anything that may require additional cleanup. 13. When will I receive my files? Base recordings include basic file delivery. Live edit/basic cleanup projects are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Expedited 24-hour delivery is available as an add-on when approved in advance. 14. Do you offer social media clips? Yes. Basic and premium social media clips are available as add-ons. Premium clips can include vertical formatting, captions, hook optimization, and enhanced pacing. 15. Do you offer full podcast editing? Yes. Full episode editing is available as an add-on or custom quote. This can include multicam editing, audio cleanup, color balance, branded exports, intro/outro placement, cold open creation, and final delivery exports.
