High-speed WiFi, three 32-inch monitors, and ample tables and chairs ensure your team has everything needed to collaborate effectively. Natural Light That Energizes Our south, west, and east-facing windows provide consistent natural light throughout the day. Morning meetings benefit from bright, direct lighting (7 AM – 2 PM), while afternoon sessions enjoy softer, even lighting (3 PM – 8 PM) that keeps the energy flowing without harsh overhead fluorescents. Ideal For Board meetings and strategy sessions, team offsites and brainstorming workshops, client presentations, corporate training and seminars, networking events, interview days, and creative collaboration sessions. Included Amenities High-speed WiFi, three 32-inch monitors for presentations, tables and chairs, 2 A/C units for adjustable climate control, a private dressing/breakout room for smaller group discussions, restrooms, printer access, and abundant natural sunlight throughout the day. Key Features 180° unobstructed city skyline views, 3,500 sq ft of flexible open space, elevator access with a large passenger elevator (freight elevator available upon advance request), polished concrete floors and lime-washed walls, and a separate room for breakout sessions or storage. Parking and Accessibility The building is conveniently located near several pay parking lots and street meters. In addition to a large passenger elevator, a freight elevator is available for equipment load-in. Please request freight elevator access ahead of time if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
