The open layout provides room for staging, production equipment, cameras, lighting, seating configurations, presentation areas, creative set designs, and other approved setups. The space works especially well for: * Filmed panel experiences * Live podcast recordings * Talk-show style productions * Livestream productions * Recorded workshops and seminars * Content launches * Brand activations created for content * Filmed performances * Ministry productions * Educational programs being recorded * Corporate presentations and productions * Interviews and discussion-based programming * Networking experiences with a filming or content component * Creative showcases being professionally captured Participants, talent, production crews, and approved studio audiences can be incorporated into the production based on the setup and approved capacity of the booking. ### A SPACE BUILT AROUND THE EXPERIENCE Unlike a traditional event venue, this space is designed around **creating and capturing an experience**. Whether you're producing a live podcast, recording a panel, capturing a performance, launching content, livestreaming a program, or creating an interactive branded experience, the open floor gives your production team flexibility to build an environment around your concept. Professional audio, production lighting, LED/video technology, staging, microphones, technical support, and other specialty production resources may be available as optional add-ons. ### WHAT'S INCLUDED **Base rental: $150/hour with a 4-hour minimum.** This listing includes use of the **large open studio floor** and standard facility amenities identified with the reservation. Our smaller podcast/photography production rooms and conference room are **not included with this booking** and are available through separate listings. Specialty AV equipment, production equipment, technical personnel, custom setups, and additional services are not automatically included unless specifically identified in your reservation. ### BOOKING REQUIREMENT Bookings through this listing must include a legitimate **filming, photography, recording, livestream, broadcast, or content-production component.** The space is not offered for traditional parties, nightclub-style activities, or gatherings unrelated to an approved creative production. When submitting your request, please provide a brief description of the experience, how it will be filmed or recorded, anticipated number of participants and production crew, and any staging, audio, lighting, or technical requirements.
