Welcome to CARV House — A Creative Loft Studio
Set within a historic early 1900s building, CARV House is a working design studio in an industrial heritage environment, with a contemporary creative energy. Once home to a uniform factory, the space still carries its original soul: exposed beams, painted brick, and worn wood floors - now reimagined into a layered, design-forward environment that feels refined.
CARV House is not a blank canvas. It’s a living studio: one that evolves, shifts, and responds to the work happening within it. Designed and used daily by our creative team, the space holds a natural rhythm and authenticity that can’t be staged. Light moves across surfaces, materials reveal texture, and every corner offers a point of view.
CARV House is designed for those who seek more than just a backdrop: it’s the perfect setting for editorial shoots, brand campaigns and events, workshops, team offsites and collaborative sessions where the environment matters. A space with presence, perspective, and just the right amount of edge.

Why choose CARV House?
✨Abundant Natural Light
Five southwest-facing windows fill the studio with natural light throughout the day. From
March through September, the late afternoon light becomes especially dynamic: casting warm tones and defined shadows that are ideal for photography, video, and content creation. Roller shades allow for diffused light control when needed (no blackouts shades).
✨Character You Can’t Replicate
Original beams, painted brick, and a curated mix of plywood and translucent partitions create a rich material backdrop. The space feels warm, textured, and visually interesting from every angle.
✨A Real Creative Environment
Unlike staged studios, CARV House is actively used as our design workspace. It has an authenticity and energy that supports meaningful work, whether you’re hosting a workshop, shooting a campaign, or bringing your team together.

A LIVING STUDIO
Since CARV House is our day-to-day working studio, and as such, the space naturally evolves. Furniture layouts may shift periodically, though the architectural framework and overall design intent remain consistent.
If you have specific requirements or setup needs, we encourage you to reach out: we’re always happy to collaborate and will do our best to accommodate where possible.
To ensure a meaningful and uninterrupted experience, we require a 4-hour minimum booking.
