We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space for every guest. The backyard, pool area, and outdoor kitchen are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each booking. All high-touch surfaces—including countertops, seating areas, and handles—are disinfected, and the pool is regularly serviced to ensure proper cleanliness and chemical balance. Outdoor furniture is wiped down, and all areas are reset to provide a fresh, ready-to-enjoy environment. Trash is removed and bins are sanitized between guests, and the landscaping is maintained to keep the space looking its best. We ask that guests help us by cleaning up after their event, disposing of trash in the designated bins, and leaving the space in good condition. This allows us to continue providing a high-quality experience for every booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
