We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest arrives to a fresh, well-maintained space. Here's what we do before and after every booking: Before your arrival, the entire outdoor space including the lawn, patio, gazebo, and pathways are thoroughly cleaned and tidied. The restroom is sanitized, restocked with soap, toilet paper, and hand towels, and left in pristine condition. All furniture, tables, and chairs are wiped down and arranged neatly for your use. After each booking we conduct a full inspection and deep clean of the entire space, including the gazebo, patio, lawn area, and restroom. We remove all trash and reset the space to its original condition for the next guest. We kindly ask that guests collect all trash generated during their event and dispose of it in the designated bins provided on the property before leaving. This is especially important as we are located in a residential neighborhood with local wildlife — food waste and litter left on the ground can attract and potentially harm animals in the area. Keeping the space clean and trash properly contained helps us protect the local environment and maintain the beauty of the space for everyone. If your event generates more trash than fits in the large trashcans provided, you have two options: Option 1 — Self arrange: Purchase "Extra Garbage Bag Tags" from the City of Sunnyvale independently. Full details are available at sunnyvale.ca.gov. Option 2 — Host arranged: We can arrange additional trash disposal on your behalf for an additional charge. Simply let us know in advance when booking and we will take care of it for you. A cleaning fee is included with your booking to cover our post-event deep cleaning service. However, excessive mess or trash left outside of the designated bins without prior arrangement may result in additional cleaning charges.
