The showroom is professionally cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. High-touch surfaces, equipment, and commonly used areas are sanitized between bookings to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Given the nature of the space and the presence of curated artworks and furnishings, we take particular care in maintaining the condition and presentation of all pieces. We kindly ask all guests to respect the space and leave it in the same condition as found.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
