In addition to the main space, there is a separate 300 sq ft room that can be used for breakout sessions, small meetings, preparation, or storage. This makes the venue especially suitable for multi-purpose use such as ESL classes, Bible studies, seminars, and content creation including video or photo shoots. The space offers a quiet and private setting, allowing guests to focus without distractions. There is one restroom available on-site for convenience. Metered street parking is available directly in front of the building, with additional free street parking within a short walking distance. The space is cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. High-touch surfaces such as door handles, chairs, and shared areas are disinfected between bookings. Guests are expected to leave the space in a clean condition after use, and additional time is scheduled between bookings to allow for proper cleaning and preparation.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
