To maintain a clean, high-quality environment for every guest, please complete the following before the end of your booking:
1. Reset the Space
• Return all furniture, staging elements, and equipment to their original positions
• Reset podcasting sets, chairs, and tables as they were found
• Do not leave items moved or rearranged
2. Trash Removal
• Collect all trash, decorations, and personal items
• Place trash in designated bins or bags provided
• Tie all trash bags and place them in the assigned disposal area
3. Food & Beverage Cleanup
• Wipe down all tables, countertops, and surfaces used
• Remove all food, drinks, and catering items
• Clean any spills immediately to avoid stains or damage
4. Equipment Care
• Power down any equipment used (lights, microphones, instruments, etc.)
• Do not unplug or disconnect equipment unless instructed
• Report any issues or damage immediately
5. Floors & General Tidiness
• Sweep up any visible debris (confetti, dirt, etc.)
• Ensure floors are free of spills or sticky residue
• Leave walkways clear and safe
6. Decorations & Setup Removal
• Remove all decorations, signage, and materials brought in
• Do not leave tape, adhesives, or residue on walls or surfaces
• Ensure all décor is fully taken down before departure
7. Final Walkthrough
• Double-check for personal belongings
• Ensure lights are turned off (unless instructed otherwise)
• Confirm doors are secured or notify staff before exiting

• Excessive mess, damage, or failure to follow these steps may result in additional cleaning fees
• If you prefer, a cleaning add-on service may be available—just ask in advance
