This versatile, thoughtfully designed space is ideal for a wide range of creative and professional uses, including photo and video shoots, intimate events, workshops, pop-ups, small gatherings, content creation, and private celebrations. Its flexible layout allows guests to easily adapt the environment to suit their needs, whether hosting a seated event, setting up production equipment, or creating styled scenes. The venue features two distinct yet complementary zones—Walker Hall and Shroyer Hall—each offering its own unique atmosphere and functionality. Walker Hall is a spacious (approx. 3000 sqft!), gallery-inspired setting with an open floor plan, high industrial ceilings, and a clean, modern aesthetic. Designed as a true blank canvas, it works beautifully for larger gatherings, brand activations, receptions, and creative productions, allowing guests to fully customize the layout and flow. Shroyer Hall (approx. 1500 sqft) provides a more intimate experience, featuring a flexible central gathering area, a cozy recessed lounge nook, and space for catering or breakout moments. Its warm, inviting design and adaptable layout make it ideal for smaller events, meetings, workshops, and relaxed social gatherings. Together, these two spaces can be used individually or combined for multi-room experiences, giving guests the flexibility to create dynamic events with separate areas for mingling, programming, or staging. Natural light, curated design elements, and a balance of historic character and modern finishes create an elevated yet approachable atmosphere throughout. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
