Every booking begins with a professionally cleaned property. Before your arrival, the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared by a dedicated cleaning team, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, the bar, game room, theater, and outdoor spaces. The pool area is cleared, wiped down, and guest-ready. Linens, towels, and surfaces are freshened between every booking. The home is inspected after cleaning to ensure everything meets standard before your group arrives. You can expect to walk into a space that is clean, stocked, and ready to go.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
