⚡️Electric Light Studio⚡️
If you want a beige box, this isn’t it. If you want to use the exact same “prop station and set” as every other photographer, head to one of the kitschy studios down the hall. Electric Light Studio is for creatives who want full control over their environment and a space that bends to their vision.
This bright, industrial loft spans nearly 1,200 sq ft in an elongated L-shape, giving you distinct zones while keeping everything open and easy to navigate. South + east-facing windows pour in over 100 sq ft of natural light—soft and bright in the morning, rich and directional (but beautifully diffused) in the afternoon. 12+ ft ceilings mean you can go big with backdrops, props, and lighting setups without feeling cramped.
The space is a true blank canvas—no permanent sets—so you can create exactly what you want, whether it’s portraits, boudoir, lifestyle, branding, product work, cake smashes, creative editorials, or even yoga and breathwork classes (we’ve comfortably fit 20 mats).
Amenities include movable furniture (multiple chairs, stools, bed sets in white/grey/black, camel leather futon), an 8×8 rolling white wall, movable white concrete floor/wall panels, a Bauer-building inspired backdrop wall, private changing room, full sink with hot/cold water, and optional gear rentals (strobes, triggers, steady lights, softboxes, stands). With abundant light, adaptable furnishings, and an industrial edge, this is the space you use when you want to create something that doesn’t look like everyone else’s work.
