Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-presented, and professional environment for every booking. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before each guest arrival to ensure it is ready for immediate use. High-touch surfaces, styling stations, mirrors, and common areas are sanitized between bookings. **Our cleaning process includes:** • Sanitizing all high-touch surfaces (door handles, chairs, stations, countertops) • Cleaning and polishing mirrors and workstations • Sweeping and mopping floors • Trash removal and replacement of liners • Resetting the space to its original layout We ask that all guests respect the space and leave it in the condition it was found. This helps us maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for every booking. If your booking involves heavy production, large setups, or high guest traffic, please plan accordingly and ensure proper cleanup at the end of your reservation. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and elevated environment for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
