About Espresso Bar
Espresso Bar is an intimate, 16-seat coffee shop in North Nashville, available for private after-hours events. We’ve hosted everything from date nights and tarot readings to book clubs and astrology gatherings. For most bookings, we essentially open the shop just for you, giving your group exclusive access to the space, along with the option for guests to purchase from our full coffee and tea menu. Guests are welcome to bring their own food. Please note that fridge and freezer space is limited, and we recommend bringing your own plates and cutlery if needed. A three-compartment dish sink is available for use. The space has a clean, minimalist feel, with mostly table seating plus a leather couch and a few accent chairs. Soft lighting makes it especially well-suited for evening events. There’s also a hi-fi stereo system with Bluetooth. We're happy to provide a playlist, or you’re welcome to connect and play your own music. Additional amenities include a single-occupancy restroom and a small back room where organizers can store personal items during the event.

Because Espresso Bar operates as a coffee shop during regular business hours, we follow all protocols and guidelines set by the Metro Nashville Health Department. We maintain an up-to-date health permit and take pride in consistently earning a 100 health inspection score.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
