Perfect for: Podcast Recordings, Meetings, Photo Shoots and Small Events. Unit Space The inside unit space has downtown 7th street penthouse views perfect for podcast and photoshoot backdrop. The indoor unit space also has a beautiful white couch and white baby grand piano that are also great backdrops for any type of media recordings. Boardroom Space The boardroom space is perfect for meetings. 10-15 persons for capacity. Garden or Lounge (we will reconfirm with you which space you are interested in when you send your inquiry) For small events, the garden space and lounge space can accommodate up to 35 guests (sitting and standing). Type of events: bachelorette parties, baby shower, engagement parties, birth day party, anniversary party, cooking parties/demonstrations and work related networking events. All three spaces comes with a fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The building has concierge. Please be sure you are choosing the correct space for your event, you only have access to the space you book NOT all three spaces at a time.
