The north-facing 900 sq. ft. loft has 12-ft ceilings, solid Douglas Fir post and beam interior structure, floors and ceilings and exposed brick provide a natural warmth to the space. Built in 1912, the building was originally the City of Toronto hydro meter facility and has been well looked after with a full restoration in the mid-1990s, maintaining the buildings character and charm.
This is a creative space built for the work we love: brand meetings, dinners, content shoots, campaign planning, cocktail hours, and everything in between. If you've been looking for a space that understands the intersection of culture, creativity, and communications -- this is it.
