Swimming pool area: Large heated rectangular pool, spa and baja shelf. Open patio space for games or additional seating. Lawn and play area: Spacious grassy lawn with a full-size in ground trampoline — great for kids to burn energy or casual lawn games. Outdoor shower / restroom area: Convenient outdoor facilities with urinal and full shower. Sauna: Private wood-lined sauna for a relaxing break. Pizza oven and garden areas: Wood-fired pizza oven (additional charge) with seating nearby, surrounded by manicured gardens, olive trees, and orchard views. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each booking, our team performs a thorough high-level cleaning of the entire space. This includes sweeping and mopping all patio surfaces, cleaning the outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and pizza oven area, sanitizing restrooms and outdoor shower, wiping down all furniture and surfaces, emptying trash bins, and ensuring the pool area, lawn, and sauna are tidy and ready for the next guests. We also check and restock basic amenities as needed. The space is always left spotless and welcoming
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
