Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset before and after each booking using a detailed cleaning checklist. All high-touch surfaces including tables, chairs, door handles, and shared areas are disinfected between guests. The space is maintained to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every experience. Guests are expected to remove all personal items and dispose of trash at the end of their booking. Basic cleaning and resetting of the space (returning furniture to its original layout) is required to ensure a smooth transition for the next guest. Our goal is to provide a well-maintained space that supports both professional use and enjoyable experiences.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
