Outdoor spaces include charming wrought iron gates and a beautifully landscaped blue stone patio with built-in landscape lighting and string lights—perfect for lifestyle shoots, interviews, or evening content. The home is located close to parks and public spaces, and just minutes from downtown Greenville, offering additional nearby filming options. The home is professionally cleaned and reset prior to each booking to ensure a clean, organized, and shoot-ready environment. High-touch surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned between guests, and all areas used during bookings are inspected and reset to their original condition. We schedule bookings to allow adequate time for cleaning and turnover, and take care to maintain a consistent, well-kept space for every guest. For larger productions, additional cleaning requirements can be coordinated in advance if needed. We ask that guests leave the space in a similar condition and handle surfaces and finishes with care.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
