It’s the ideal canvas for infinite-background videography, music videos, and high-fashion photography. Space & Workflow Power & Tech: Fully equipped with 3-phase power to handle heavy lighting rigs. On-site fax machine available for production paperwork. Loading & Logistics: Direct access via a loading bay for effortless gear load-ins. Includes 3 dedicated parking spots. Beauty & Prep: Two dedicated makeup tables with professional lighting to get your talent camera-ready. Lounge & Meetings: Professional reception area and a large meeting table for client reviews or crew huddles. To ensure every creator steps into a pristine environment, we maintain high standards for our space. Please review our cleaning guidelines below to help keep the studio in top shape for your production and the next. 1. General Studio Tidiness The "Leave It as You Found It" Rule: We ask that the studio be returned to its original state at the end of your booking. This includes moving furniture (meeting table, reception chairs) back to their original positions. Waste Management: Please place all trash, recyclables, and production waste in the provided bins. If you have a high volume of trash (e.g., large set pieces or extensive catering), please notify the on-site staff for disposal assistance. 2. Cyclorama Wall Care Footwear: To maintain the seamless white finish of the 12’ x 12’ x 24’ Cyc, please do not walk on the curve or flat surface with outdoor shoes. Protection: We recommend using shoe covers (booties) or applying blue painter's tape to the soles of shoes. The "Fresh Paint" Fee: We provide the Cyc wall "as-is" (generally clean with minor scuffs). If your production requires a guaranteed fresh coat of white paint before you arrive, or if the wall is excessively soiled/scuffed during your session requiring a repaint, a maintenance fee of $[Insert Amount] will be applied. 3. Kitchen & Craft Services Kitchenette: Please ensure the refrigerator is cleared of your items at the end of the day. Cleaning: If you use the electric tabletop or studio dishes, please wipe down the surfaces and start the dishwasher before you depart. Spills: Please report any spills on the studio floor or equipment to the on-site staff immediately so we can provide the correct cleaning supplies. 4. Makeup & Wardrobe Area HMUA Stations: Please keep the makeup tables free of stains. We ask that all aerosol sprays (hairspray, spray tan, etc.) be used at the stations and away from the Cyclorama wall to prevent the floor from becoming dangerously slippery.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
