Oaktown Works offers a beautiful indoor/outdoor canvas on which to design your next event. Tucked inside a gated complex on 25th Street, our 12,000 sq ft property is designed for seamless indoor/outdoor flow and maximum flexibility. Whether you’re looking for polished office vibes or a flex space in which to throw a great event, we have you covered. The gated lot and roll-up door make load-in a snap, and first-floor furnishings are almost entirely on wheels for easy moving and storage. Host a large corporate retreat with multiple break-out areas or convert it for a nighttime reception on the very same day. Fifty feet of sliding glass doors connect the 4,700 sq ft interior to a beautifully landscaped 2,000 sq ft terrace with multiple outdoor eating and meeting areas for more casual connection. Park food trucks along the lower terrace retaining wall for instant food and beverage stations, or for larger, more formal events, stage your sit-down dinner, film screening, auction or ceremony in our 3,000 sq ft upper terrace. Outside catering, AV and outdoor furniture packages are all available as add-ons. Guests are also welcome to in their own. It’s completely up to you. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
