About the Space

Unique features: – Great natural light – Exposed brick – Wood flooring – Corner apartment (East and South facing windows) The space has one big living room (bed can be moved), with a separated kitchen and bathroom. Perfect space for a home/apartment for someone who's in their early 20's - late 30's. Feels very "lived in" and realistic, not stale fake set. A bunch of physical media lying around like VHS tapes and Nintendo games, vinyl. Those can be put away somewhere else if needed. NOTE: Please excuse the mess in the kitchen photos, I've only just moved in and have a bunch of recycling I want to dispose of properly. The flat screen TV will also be out of the box.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

I live here most of the time and I am a bit of a germaphobe, so you can expect a pretty thorough clean after/before each visit. NOTE: Please excuse the mess in the kitchen of boxes and such in the photos, I've only just moved in and have a lot of recycling to clear out! That will not longer be there and I will eventually take new photos. The large flat screen TV will also be out of the box.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
