Wolf Luv Studios is a unique production space located in the 40West Arts District in Lakewood, CO, near Casa Bonita. We offer a 1500 sq ft production space with Lighting Grid, Kitchenette Area, Break Area, and Dressing Room/Hair & Makeup Station. Our space is very flexible — whether you are planning a photoshoot on a paper backdrop or you want to build a set for a film production, we got you covered. We even offer longer rentals for multi-day or multi-week shoots on built sets. When you rent our space for production, you also get access to our standard lighting kit, which includes 4 ceiling-mounted, app-controlled RGB lights as well as 2 Fresnels and 1 Large LED panel light on heavy duty rolling stands. You also get access to our electricity, water, and our 2 garage doors (one ramp, one loading dock). You get a great value when you shoot with us! We have 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is oversized and doubles as a Dressing Room or Hair/Makeup station. You will also have access to the Kitchenette, our large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and dumpster (just bring your own trash bags for the trash bins). The Break Area also has a table for eating or working, and a paper cutting station.
