About WOLF LUV STUDIOS
Wolf Luv Studios is a unique production space located in the 40West Arts District in Lakewood, CO, near Casa Bonita. We offer a 1500 sq ft warehouse space with Kitchenette, Break Area, and 2 bathrooms, one of which is oversized and doubles as a changing room. And we are ADA Accessible!
Meeting/Audition/Script Reading rental includes 1 banquet table, up to 12 chairs, and a small stage. For additional tables and chairs or for usage of our stage lights, please select appropriate add-ons.
Kitchenette includes usage of fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. You must bring all your own plates/cups/utensils.

Health and Safety Measures
We sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean all relevant surfaces between bookings. We regularly clean the fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. We spend a lot of time here, so we make sure it is a clean, pleasant space at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
