About WOLF LUV STUDIOS

Wolf Luv Studios is a unique events space located in the 40West Arts District in Lakewood, CO, near Casa Bonita. We offer a 1500 sq ft events space with large screen, projector, PA System, Kitchenette Area, Break Area, and Dressing Room/Hair & Makeup Station. And we are ADA Accessible! Our space is very flexible and can accommodate various types of events. When you rent our space for events, you get access to our 4000 lumen projector, 16'x9' screen, PA system with 2 large speakers, 4 microphones, and AV tech, and access to all 85 of our chairs, 6 banquet tables, and 4 cocktails rounds. Plus we have a small stage with stage lighting, and usage of our 4 ceiling-mounted/tablet-controlled RGB video lights. We have 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is oversized and doubles as a changing room. You will also have access to the Kitchenette, our large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and dumpster. We also have a lobby great for checking in guests, hanging out, or playing on our free Pac-Man machine. *For certain types of events we require the General Security Attendant add-on. Please inquire.

Health and Safety Measures

We sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean all relevant surfaces between bookings. We regularly clean the fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. We spend a lot of time here, so we make sure it is a clean, pleasant space at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
