About Tangerine Studio & Events

Welcome to Tangerine! Our two-level, 2,600 ft² photo studio loft built features exposed brick, skylights, and hefty timber beams, plus an open floor plan that keeps everything flowing—from shoot space to kitchen to our ever-growing collection of surfaces. Upstairs on the mezzanine you’ll find wardrobe + hair & makeup on one side, and a comfortable client lounge on the other—so glam squads and laptop warriors can peacefully coexist. These bonus spaces can also be turned into breakout rooms, lounges or cute little bars. Natural light? We’ve got plenty. Two huge north-facing windows + skylights keep things bright and gorgeous all day long. Prefer total control? Remote blackout blinds let you turn daylight in a flash. There’s also a fully controllable sound system throughout the space, because the right playlist is an essential piece of equipment. Other perks include a dedicated loading zone, plenty of street parking, and an ADA-accessible building for easy-breezy load-ins. All surfaces and are included in the rental price. Need props or furniture rentals? Browse our collection before your booking, and (for additional fees) we’ll have everything waiting for you when you arrive—like the cutest bell hop service.

Health and Safety Measures

We do a basic clean and refresh in between bookings and a more thorough clean each week.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
