Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

After each event, our team completes a thorough reset of the entire space. This includes detailed attention to all floors, ensuring they are properly cleaned and restored for the next gathering. The kitchen is fully sanitized after every use, including all surfaces and high-touch areas, to maintain a safe and professional environment for catering teams and guests. All restrooms are carefully cleaned, disinfected, and restocked to ensure proper hygiene and comfort for every event. In addition, all trash is fully removed and properly disposed of after each event—nothing is left behind. Every turnover includes a full deep cleaning and sanitation process so that the venue is refreshed, reset, and ready to welcome the next celebration in pristine condition.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
