Rentals include access to the 850 sq ft industrial studio space, pantograph ceiling rail system, motorized seamless backdrops, modular furniture, color-changing lighting, projection system, and bay door access.

The studio is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. High-touch surfaces, equipment, and common areas are sanitized, and all floors and workspaces are refreshed before each guest arrives. We take pride in maintaining a clean, production-ready space for every session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
