Our Cleaning & Turn-Down Process We take great pride in providing a pristine, sophisticated environment for your special event. To ensure the space is "event-ready" the moment you walk in, we adhere to a rigorous cleaning protocol: Professional Pre-Event Sanitization Before every booking, our team performs a deep clean of the suite, focusing on: High-Touch Surfaces: All modular walls, tables, and door handles are sanitized with professional-grade cleaners. The Flooring: Our open floor plan is swept to ensure a dust-free environment for your guests. Private Restroom: The restroom is fully detailed, sanitized, and restocked with premium paper products and hand soap. Atmosphere Maintenance Air Quality: We maintain a strictly smoke-free environment to ensure the space always smells fresh and welcoming. Guest Responsibilities To maintain our high standards and competitive pricing, we ask that guests perform a basic "tidy-up" at the end of their booking: Catering & Trash: Please collect all trash and place it in the designated onsite receptacles. All outside catering must be cleared from the space. Personal Items: Ensure all decor and personal belongings are removed during your designated teardown time. Spills: We ask that any major spills be addressed immediately to protect our flooring; basic cleaning supplies are available onsite for your convenience. Post-Event Deep Clean Once your event concludes, our professional crew enters the space to perform a secondary deep clean and reset, ensuring the venue remains in top-tier condition for our next community gathering.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
