Rae & Rey Studio, is a natural light photo studio offering multiple looks within one thoughtfully designed space. The studio features vaulted ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows, creating bright and airy environment for shooting: •A white drapery wall approx 12.5' x 8' •A white minimalist wall, approx 11' x 8' •Amaran Video Light + Lantern Softbox ($25 fee for use) •Seamless paper backdrops ($25 fee for use) Additional Details In addition to a beautiful shooting space, your hourly rental includes: •Air conditioning •Private bathroom (can be used as dressing room) •Makeup Station STUDIO GUIDELINES -Maximum of 6 guests -No pets This intimate studio is ideal for small photo shots, content creation, fashion or lookbook sessions, and light video production.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment. All high touch surfaces, props, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking. Floors are regularly cleaned, and shared spaces are kept tidy throughout the day. We also allow time between sessions to ensure the space is refreshed for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
