A versatile, design-forward space in the heart of Brooklyn built for culture, content, and community. This space blends a modern retail layout with a warm, lived-in feel that works seamlessly for book clubs, chess clubs, photo shoots, podcasts, video shoots, content recording. It’s the kind of environment that already feels like something is happening the moment you walk in. We are very particular about brand activations, and intimate events, and will most likely turn down the opportunity for those kind of events. The layout is open and adaptable, with clean sightlines, curated furniture, and natural textures that translate well on camera and in-person. Whether you’re building a set, hosting a launch, or creating content, the space gives you a strong foundation without needing to overproduce. Health and Safety Measures

We take pride in maintaining a clean and well-kept space before every booking. The space is thoroughly cleaned, reset, vacuumed, and inspected between each use to ensure it’s ready for your arrival. All high-touch surfaces, floors, and common areas are wiped down and refreshed regularly. Furniture and fixtures are checked and arranged back to their original layout prior to each booking. Because this is a retail environment with clothing and merchandise, we maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and ask all guests to handle the space with care throughout their booking. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it, including disposing of trash in the dumpster outside and returning any moved items to their original placement.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
