This spacious, open-concept studio in downtown Manhattan, KS offers approximately 3,000 square feet of clean, minimal space designed to adapt to a wide range of uses. Whether you’re hosting an event, setting up a photo or video shoot, or organizing a workshop or meeting, the flexible layout makes it easy to bring your vision to life.
The space features beautiful north-facing natural light, a large blank white wall ideal for backdrops or projections, and a slat wall for hanging artwork or displays. The open floor plan is complemented by several small private rooms, originally used as music lesson spaces, which are available to rent for storage or additional studio use.
Located above a retail storefront and shared with a working print shop, the space remains quiet and production-friendly. We coordinate scheduling to minimize noise, making it suitable for video work when needed.
We’re situated in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, making it easy for guests to enjoy the surrounding area. The studio itself is part of a growing creative district and was originally a music store, a history we continue by fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment for artists and creators.
The space includes one unisex restroom, and while it is located on the second floor, a freight elevator is available with staff assistance for load-in and accessibility needs. There is also alley access for convenient load-in and unloading. Tables and chairs are available for use, and a projector can be added to your booking for an additional fee. Please note that certain areas, including the print shop and office/production spaces, are employee-only and clearly marked.
Our space has hosted a variety of creative and community-driven events, including photoshoots and video productions with Twelve21 Media and Champion, as well as art markets and workshops in collaboration with the Manhattan Public Library and the Museum of Art and Light.
