About E & E Essential Studios
642 usable square foot. Classes and meetings work well for this space. The set up is currently for a 12 person seating with room for a snack table. The room can be rearranged in many different ways. All items are mobile. it can be a used for a photo shoot, a podcast studio or for YouTube videos. We have two large studio lights 3 if needed a projector for a power point. A podium, two tables and 12 chairs.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All area and chair are disinfected on a consistent basis. Cleaning is done by me during the week, and deep cleaning is done on the weekends. The maintenance staff for the restrooms keep them very clean and sanitize.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
