Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. A professional cleaner is hired between each booking to thoroughly clean and prepare the property. All areas, including high-touch surfaces, are carefully sanitized using appropriate cleaning products and methods. This includes, but is not limited to, floors, countertops, kitchen facilities, bathroom areas, furniture, and commonly used equipment. All necessary measures are taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation before each new booking. The property is inspected after cleaning to ensure everything is in proper condition and ready for use. We are committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space for every guest.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
