You're invited! Welcome to a space that kindles connection and sparks creativity.
The most frequent comment I hear about my loft is "it's a vibe".
As an installation artist, that's a win.
It’s an oasis abundant with books, art, and obscurities, guaranteed to provoke wonder and conversation.
Situated in a converted warehouse building, the environment keeps the original charm of Bushwick (street-art-adorned), but adds the safety, exclusivity, and updated amenities of newer properties.
I’m a two block walk from the Morgan L stop, which is heavily populated by vintage shops. It's across from the renowned OG Roberta's Pizza place. It’s usually easy to find street parking, either on my block or those surrounding. (Be mindful of alternate side parking!)
The Morgan L stop is between the Montrose and Jefferson stops, so it’s easy to get to the most popular venues in Brooklyn:
House of Yes, Elsewhere, Refuge, Golden Records, Signal, Brooklyn Monarch, Hi-Def, 3 Dollar Bill, Jupiter Disco, 99 Scott, Carousel, etc.
The loft has an 8-person dining table for dinner parties, multiple couches and floor seating, a butcher block/island, and all the conveniences needed to host.
My loft has housed listening parties, pre-parties for nearby club events, game nights, coworking events, creative workshops, book groups, movie nights, bridal showers, and even people who've wanted quiet space to rest and recoup between flights from JFK.
Come chill and see what happens:)
