About the Space

From a distance, this estate reads like a perfectly composed architectural photograph — a rectilinear stone frame hovering over glass, positioned precisely to capture horizon-to-horizon views. The façade is minimal yet commanding: pale stone volumes, deep cantilevers, and uninterrupted glass walls that reflect sky by day and glow warmly at dusk. The approach is long and cinematic, with gravel and stone pathways guiding you toward a structure that feels both grounded and floating. The geometry is the defining feature. A massive framed opening on the upper level creates a powerful visual portal — the landscape becomes artwork, perfectly bordered by architecture. The exterior materials are restrained and textural: honed stone, smooth concrete, dark metal accents, and expanses of clear glazing. Overhangs create dramatic shadow lines that shift throughout the day, giving cinematographers layered lighting conditions without added rigging. Inside, the home is expansive but disciplined. Wide-plank wood floors run through gallery-like corridors, while dark stone feature walls add depth and contrast. The main living space opens fully to panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls. The ceiling planes are clean and uninterrupted, dotted with subtle recessed lighting grids that are production-friendly and visually quiet. The kitchen is streamlined and editorial-ready, featuring oversized islands in natural stone, flat-panel cabinetry, and seamless appliance integration. The space is large enough for multiple camera angles without compromising flow, and it connects effortlessly to exterior terraces for indoor-outdoor continuity. Adjacent dining areas sit against full-height glass, delivering instant skyline and sunset backdrops. A standout design element is the sculptural staircase — wood treads appearing to float against textured stone walls, illuminated from beneath. It becomes both a transitional feature and a hero shot opportunity. Hallways are long and symmetrical, ideal for dramatic tracking shots or fashion content. The lower-level theater is fully immersive with tiered seating and dark acoustic finishes, providing a completely different tonal environment from the bright upper levels. A glass-lined hallway and architectural light wells create layered depth in transitional spaces. There’s also a spacious wellness/yoga studio with wide glass exposures — ideal for lifestyle shoots, fitness content, or brand activations centered around movement and mindfulness. Bedrooms continue the architectural language — warm wood paneling, clean built-ins, and expansive glazing that frames the surrounding hills. The primary suite is especially strong, with floor-to-ceiling views, soft integrated lighting, and a spa bath wrapped in large-format marble slabs, floating vanities, and a sculptural soaking tub positioned for horizon views. Outdoors, the circular-edge infinity pool is a defining visual. It curves subtly against the lawn, mirroring the sky at golden hour. The expansive terrace offers unobstructed city and valley views, making sunset events effortless. The flat rooftop areas provide additional usable production space, including sweeping 360-degree vistas ideal for aerial shots or large-scale setups. Logistically, the property offers wide driveway access for load-in, multiple entry points for crew separation, and distinct levels that allow departments to operate simultaneously. The clean architectural lines reduce the need for heavy art direction, and the expansive glazing maximizes natural light. For events, this estate operates like a private architectural pavilion. The main level transitions seamlessly onto the terrace for cocktail receptions. The infinity pool becomes a focal point for evening ambiance. The yoga studio can host wellness activations, while the theater serves as a presentation or screening venue. The rooftop and lawn areas allow for larger guest counts without congestion. This is a property built around framing the horizon — disciplined, modern, and visually commanding — a rare combination of sculptural architecture and full production functionality.
