Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning & Reset Requirements To avoid additional cleaning fees, the space must be returned in the condition it was received. ⸻ 🗑 Trash & Waste * All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins * No loose trash left on turf, pavers, or gravel areas ⸻ 🪑 Furniture & Setup * Return all furniture to its original placement * Remove all decorations, balloons, and personal items * Do not leave behind event materials ⸻ 🍾 Food & Bar Area * Remove all food, drinks, and bar supplies * Wipe down bar and table surfaces * Dispose of all bottles and containers ⸻ 🌿 Outdoor Areas * Remove all debris from turf, pavers, and gravel * No confetti, glitter, or small debris left behind ⸻ 🔥 Fire Pit (if used) * Must be fully extinguished * Area cleaned and left safe ⸻ 🚻 Restroom Area * Leave restroom in clean, usable condition * Dispose of any trash properly ⸻ ⏰ Timing * Cleaning must be completed within your booked time * Additional time must be reserved if needed ⸻ Important Failure to follow the cleaning checklist may result in additional cleaning fees. Ask about Cleaning Service Add-On – Fee and you can skip clean up we will handle it for you.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
