About The Archive

This 532 sq ft content studio is located inside The Litt Factory and is designed for creators, photographers, and small productions. The space includes a green screen, white screen, and multiple backdrop options available in-studio so you can easily switch looks for different types of content. The studio is ideal for photo shoots, video production, interviews, social media content, and small creative projects. The layout is simple, flexible, and easy to set up depending on your shoot needs. New sets and creative setups will be added in Spring 2026, giving returning guests even more options to work with.

Health and Safety Measures

THE ARCHIVE – CLEANING GUIDELINES To keep the space professional for all guests, please follow: * Leave the studio as you found it * Dispose of all trash in provided bins * Return furniture, props, and equipment to original placement * Wipe down surfaces after use (especially glam/vanity areas) * Remove all personal items before leaving * No spills, stains, or damage to floors, walls, or furniture ⚠️ CLEANING FEE POLICY A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if: * Trash is left behind * Furniture/props are not reset * Spills or excessive mess are not cleaned * The space requires additional cleaning by staff ⏱️ TIME POLICY Cleaning/reset must be completed within your booked time (Additional time = additional charges) ✅ FINAL CHECK Before leaving: ✔ Trash removed ✔ Space reset ✔ Lights/equipment off Respect the space. Keep The Archive elevated.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
