There is no restroom located on the outdoor grounds. Guest access to this space is through the back gate only, and the main house is not included in your booking.
Indoor restroom access is available as a $100 add-on, in which a host escorts guests to the restrooms inside the house. Please request this at the time of booking if your group will need restroom access.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
